For
more than 5 years, i2S has been in compliance with the ISO 9000 quality
processes. Mastery of these processes, together with a policy of valorizing
human resources and a desire for sustainable development, has led the company
to seek ISO 9000 certification in September 2008. This plan is managed by Ms
Mme Isabelle SALIN, Quality manager, under the supervision of Mr Jean-Louis
BLOUIN, Managing director and member of the Board of directors.
The breakdown of existing processes and associated procedures by
Business Unit, Technical Unit and Administration has already been distributed
throughout the company. Each year, a series of internal audits is performed.
The search for customer value is at the center of the company's
decisions. To meet this challenge, we carry out "customer satisfaction"
surveys and hold weekly meetings on any problems experienced by our customers.
The approach we have chosen is constant and continuous improvement. This
has translated into the creation of a working group whose objectives are
concrete, limited and intended to formalize pragmatic procedures and
organizations. Our customers are often involved in this process. Quality
delegates are present in each unit of the company and participate in the
development of the plan.
The project concept is very widely used so as to foster customer
comprehension in terms of function, and customer satisfaction in terms of
proven and guaranteed solutions, through use of team-work.
And last, but not least, i2S has put in place for certain foreign
customers its own special "product quality plans" that are specific to the
products designed and manufactured for these customers.
