For more than thirty years, i2S has become known for its milestone achievements in fields as varied as sports, aerospace, security and conservation of written heritage.

	1985 - Discovery of the Titanic with Ifremer and Comex First images of the Titanic made using an i2S embedded camera equipped with acoustic transmission.
	1996 - 1st color image of a sports timing system Image captured with an i2S color linescan OEM camera, with 1/2000 s precision and equipped with remote transmission.
	2001 - 1st Gutenberg bible digitized (Vienna Library, Nomination for a Smithsonian Institute Award) Digitization performed with a Suprascan color scanner from i2S's DigiBook division.
	2004 - Active surveillance cameras for the SMTC with VINCI Interactive bus guidance system with platform event analyzer for user safety and bus accessibility.
	2005 - Ariane V flight 164 monitoring cameras Aerospace flight video surveillance, with multi-channel image compression.
	2006 - 1st HD "But Finish" Goal line Camera with Canal+ HD 3D vision system for monitoring whether the ball crossed the goal line.
	2008 - Photo Finish Development of a color camera for the athletic races at Pekin Olympic Games
	2009 - e-Scan, 1st scanner for public use Development and worldwide launch of the 1st scanner dedicated to public use in libraries, offices, education, etc...
	2010 - SupraScan 2xA0 Development and worldwide launch of a scanner dedicated to digitize large formats like paintings, maps, etc...
